The POSH Sensitisation initiative by The Suniti Solomon Foundation, in partnership with corporate companies and NGOs, aims to create safer and more inclusive workplaces.
Through interactive role-plays and scenario-based learning, the program challenges myths and misconceptions about workplace harassment, empowering mixed teams to recognize, prevent, and respond effectively.
